The Executive Secretariat of the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights (IACHR) has designed this survey to measure, annually, the progress made in users' perception of accessibility to IACHR mechanisms during the period of the 2023-2027 Strategic Plan.

The survey includes seven sections, which focus on the main tools that allow access to the Commission's mechanisms, such as the website, the Portal of the Individual System of Petitions and Precautionary Measures, the Inter-American SIMORE for the Follow-up of Recommendations, and public hearings to receive information on the situation of human rights in countries in the region. The survey is anonymous, and it is estimated that completing it takes about 10 minutes. Survey results will be presented in aggregate form in the annual reports on the implementation of the Strategic Plan.
