Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.
Approximately six weeks after the end of each semester, the OAS publishes a Semiannual Management and Performance Report, which since 2013 includes reporting on programmatic results. The full texts may be found here.

The OAS has discussed for several years the real estate issue, the funding required for maintenance and repairs, as well as the deferred maintenance of its historic buildings. Member States of the Organization of American States may request the use of the Building by directly contacting the Office of Protocol or sending a formal written request to the Chief of Protocol. All Permanent Missions must submit the dates of the National Day celebrations for the coming year at the end of the present year.

Exhibitions
The Permanent Missions of the Organization of American States are welcome to set-up art exhibitions in the Marcus Garvey Hall for up to a week.
In order to reserve the week please contact the Office of Protocol to check availability. When a date is tentatively reserved, the Mission should send a formal request to the Office of Protocol to formally confirm the space. A contract will be sent and should be returned as soon as possible with a detailed list of the artwork and their worth.
A $50.00 insurance fee is applied to cover the exhibition in addition to the costs that apply to an opening reception (if one is held).
