Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.
Approximately six weeks after the end of each semester, the OAS publishes a Semiannual Management and Performance Report, which since 2013 includes reporting on programmatic results. The full texts may be found here.

The OAS has discussed for several years the real estate issue, the funding required for maintenance and repairs, as well as the deferred maintenance of its historic buildings. Jully Andrea Herrera is originally from Medellin, Colombia.
She holds a bachelor degree in
Product Design Engineering with emphasis on Sustainable Design from Eafit
University and a Master's of Science in Industrial Design Engineering from the
University of Twente (UT), the Netherlands.
At the UT Mrs. Herrera followed two master
tracks: Cradle to Cradle (C2C)and Architectural Building Components
Design Engineering. She has
completed a unique training on C2C and is one of the first generation of
specialists in this field. During her researches in the Netherlands, Andrea
performed an investigation about the C2C implementation process done by some
Dutch companies and worked on her master thesis ´Development of a decision
support model for building design based on the Cradle to Cradle®
principles and the building Villa Flora´ which was set up in collaboration
with the C2C ExpoLab, the Chair of Prof. Fred van Houten, and the chair of Prof.
Michael Braungart. Andrea believes that designers, engineers, businesses, and
governments worldwide should become more involved in design processes that do
not harm the environment but result in creating a benefit and positive
impact to the surrounding.
On November 2013, she
joined the Closed Looped Cycle Production (CLCP) Program team of the Sustainable
Energy Section. Andrea is fluent in Spanish, English and has working knowledge
of Dutch.
