Reply to the Permanent Council

On October 23, 2012, the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights sent its Reply to the Permanent Council of the Organization of American States regarding the recommendations contained in the Report of the Special Working Group to Reflect on the Working of the IACHR with a View to Strengthening the Inter-American Human Rights System.
