The Third Call for Proposals of the RIAL Cooperation Fund was opened from January 15, 2009 to March 12, 2009.

During this call, 47 proposals were received from 18 Ministries of Labor of the region. The high quality of the proposals made of the evaluation process and interesting and enriching exercise.
