Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.

The Electoral Studies and Projects Section works to strengthen OAS electoral observation through the creation of innovative technical tools (methodologies) to observe key aspects of the electoral cycle, such as gender equality in electoral participation, media coverage of electoral campaigns, political financing, and the participation of vulnerable groups in elections. The section also works to build capacity in electoral institutions by transferring and disseminating knowledge and creating opportunities for the exchange of democratic practices in the region.
