Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.

The OAS, through the Department of Electoral Cooperation and Observation and upon the request of Member States, provides technical cooperation to the Electoral Bodies of the region. Applications are evaluated to verify the feasibility of implementing a project that meets the needs of the requesting institution. Each project must present a technical proposal and budget. Once the necessary funds are mobilized, DECO implements the project in order to deliver the product or service requested.
