Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.
Approximately six weeks after the end of each semester, the OAS publishes a Semiannual Management and Performance Report, which since 2013 includes reporting on programmatic results. The full texts may be found here.

II Inter-American Meeting of Ministers of Education
Heads of State from the Western Hemisphere entrusted the Organization of American States with the task of organizing a conference for ministers of education. The objectives of this meeting included identifying and establishing appropriate mechanisms to ensure the implementation of the educational initiatives contained in the Plan of Action of the III Summit of the Americas and continuing to promote measures to advance the priorities identified during the Summits of Santiago, Chile and Miami, USA. In September 2001, in Punta del Este Uruguay, the Second Meeting of Ministers took place within the framework of CIDI, in accordance with the mandate of the Third Summit of the Americas. The final report (word document, only available in spanish) from this meeting compiles information about prior policy development, the participants, and the progress made in the meeting.
