Each year the OAS Secretary General publishes a proposed Program-Budget for the coming calendar year. The OAS General Assembly meets in a Special Session to approve the Program-Budget. Find these documents from 1998-2013 here.
Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.
Approximately six weeks after the end of each semester, the OAS publishes a Semiannual Management and Performance Report, which since 2013 includes reporting on programmatic results. The full texts may be found here.

The OAS has discussed for several years the real estate issue, the funding required for maintenance and repairs, as well as the deferred maintenance of its historic buildings. Steven Griner received a Master of Arts in Latin American Studies and
International Economics from Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International
Studies (SAIS) and a bachelor in Business Administration from Texas A & M
University. Between 1987 and 1989 he served a Peace Corps volunteer in
Guatemala; and in 1990 he began to work at the National Institute of
International Affairs (NDI) in Washington, D.C.
In 1993 Mr. Griner joined the Unit for the Promotion of Democracy of the
Organization of American States, where he coordinated the Special Program of
Support to Guatemala and the Inter-American Forum on Political Parties. From
2006 to 2011, he was the Chief of the Electoral Observation Section of the
Department for Cooperation and Electoral Observation. From 2012 to 2015, he
coordinated the OAS Civil Identity of the Americas Program and the e-Government
Program of the Department for Effective Public Management. In November 2015, he
was appointed acting director of the Department of Sustainable Democracy and
Special Missions.
