The objectives of the workshop are to: analyze the background, magnitude and impact of irregular extracontinental migration flows; exchange experiences about the responses of different countries and international organizations to this type of irregular flows from within and outside the region; and promote dialogue and cooperation on this topic among the Member States of the Organization.
